This oval cufflink holds a rotating tourbillon mechanism. Tourbillon movements are usually only available in very costly watches to improve accuracy. A tourbillon mechanism aims to counter the effects of gravity by mounting the balance wheel in a rotating cage. The gold colour wheel rotates in the cufflink when shaken from left to right. The background of the cufflink is textured with the Tateossian signature diamond patterned.
